A very special giveaway

Yesterday I hit 200 followers (woohoo!) and was contemplating a fun giveaway to say thank you to all you awesome readers when I got an email from my friend Erin. Her email had a link to a blog post at Mumfection where Eschelle talks about the struggles she and her family are having right now.

Erin was offering her amazing blog designing services as a donation to help out Eschelle and her family. I jumped on this opportunity to give away something awesome and also help a blog friend in need.

If you haven't seen Erin's blog designs, please visit her blog Samantha's Day and check them out. She's designed some really neat blogs like A Day in Motherhood, Ciera Danielle and Mumfection (and more!)

The best part about Erin's designs is that they are totally custom. She hand sketches the designs!  Erin spends as many as 14 hours creating the perfect blogs for her clients. Anyone with kids knows what a commitment that is. It's truly incredible that she is giving away her time for her friend.

I feel honored to have gotten to know Erin through blogging and am hoping to get to know Eschelle as well. I know times are tough for almost everyone but it kills me to think of a mother struggling to provide food and diapers for her kids. Read her post here about her plans to share her Christmas dinner with the homeless people in her city...Erin and Eschelle are good people. And we all need good people in our lives. I love being able to help and know that when it's my turn to need it, the love will come back around.

I know that not all my readers will be in need of a blog make-over, so I'm going to do another fun giveaway next week. Stay tuned! In the meantime, PLEASE forward this giveaway on to anyone you think might want to have their blog made-over. It's an awesome prize!
